Which video formats are supported?

While Aimi Sync API is tested with a wide range of video formats, it is recommended that videos are uploaded in an mp4 format, as codecs supported by the mp4 container are also supported by Aimi Sync API (h.264, h.265, AV1).

How long does it take to generate music for a video?

The length of each stage of the Aimi Sync API flow is affected by the length of the video, size of the video and features selected.

If processing time is a priority, providing a smaller video in both bytes size and resolution, will make upload and video analysis tasks faster. Plan execution time is minimally impacted by video size.

As a general rule, expect the complete pipeline to take approimately one minute longer than the length of the video.

What are the rate limits on the API?

A maximum of 10 executions can be performed at a time by a single user. It is recommended to poll the status endpoint in intervals greater than 5 seconds for any given execution to avoid triggering a cooldown period.
